He has been active in the (re)insurance industry since 1999. Until 2007, he was part of the Triglav Insurance Group, where he held a variety of positions, culminating in his role as Director of Non-Life Reinsurance at the reinsurance company Pozavarovalnica Triglav Re. Throughout this period, he gained extensive expertise in (re)insurance operations, risk management, and the development of (re)insurance solutions. In 2007, he co-founded FT PRETIUM together with Franci Škulj, laying the foundation for a specialized and client-focused (re)insurance intermediary on the Slovenian market.

He is involved in the placement and providing insurance solutions for complex insurance risks. As Head of Insurance Brokers, he is also responsible for technical monitoring and professional development in the company.

In addition, she is also engaged in reinsurance, working both in the Slovenian and international markets.
